The cockpit is nothing short of impressive — Diamond has paid careful attention to the ergonomic design of the interior of the D-JET, ensuring everything is where you want it to be, and resulting in one of the cleanest and simplest cockpits in its class. Featuring an amazing three-screen Garmin G1000 with dual 12" Primary Flight Displays and a central 15" Multifunction Display, the D-JET has more glass area and better readability than any other VLJ.

The D-JET is also as easy to fly as many high-performance singles, due to reduced pilot workloads thanks to a center console mounted FMS controller, single lever FADEC controlled turbine, and Garmin's GFC700 automatic flight control system featuring a professional, glareshield mounted controller. These items are standard equipment — in fact, the D-JET comes fully loaded and includes what are typically "options" on other light jets. The entire system features dual aDHaRS, dual magnetometers, dual GPS, dual WaaS enabled NaV/CoM/ GPS, Mode S transponder, TaWS-B and dual audio panels located at your fingertips for the ultimate in convenience and redundancy. Cabin pressurization control is automatically maintained throughout the flight profile with a comfortable cabin altitude of 8,000 feet at FL250.
As impressive as the avionics suite is, you'll marvel at how spacious the cockpit is. Even if you're very tall, head, shoulder and legroom abound in the D-JET. unlike other VLJs, getting in and out of the cockpit is easy thanks to the wide aisle between the seats and the legroomenhancing cantilevered center console. Storage areas for charts, plates and other items, as well as numerous drink holders and air vents, are located where you need them. The standard electrically driven vapor cycle air conditioning system allows you to pre-cool the aircraft prior to boarding and once your trip is underway, ensures you and your passengers travel in comfort.
