The FADEC controlled singlelever throttle reduces pilot workload — and a smartly designed cockpit with overhead breakers and switches reduces clutter and adds to visual appeal.
Safety that can only be found in a Diamond
Diamond is proud of its industry leading safety record and you can see our 26 years of experience in building composite aircraft in every detail of the DA50. From thoughtful safety features such as protected fuel systems, failsafe and damage-tolerant airframe design, inflatable occupant restraints and a 26G safety cockpit to forgiving handling and impressive performance, the DA50 represents what we know best - building safe, efficient aircraft that perform. As a high-altitude plane, the DA50 also offers a built-in oxygen system, as well as optional TKS anti-icing.
Like its bigger cousin, the D-JET, the DA50 also features an optional ballistic parachute. Now you and your passengers will have the best of the best in terms of safety – a wide array of active and passive safety features offering the ultimate peace of mind.
